Questions about these terms?Applying is not automatic enrolment
Submitting the application form means you’re asking to be considered for a programme — it is not a confirmation of a place. We review every application by hand and will contact you by email or phone with a decision, further questions, or next steps.
Accuracy of information
You confirm that the personal details, CNIC number, and educational documents you submit are accurate and genuinely belong to you. Providing false information or documents may result in your application being rejected, or a certification being withdrawn if this is discovered later.
Certification is issued by our awarding body, not by us
ThinkForward Learning Academy delivers training as an approved centre of International Qualifications & Awards (IQA), a UK awarding organisation. Final assessment standards, moderation, and certification are set and issued by International Qualifications & Awards (IQA), not by ThinkForward. Any certificate you receive can be independently verified with them directly.
Fees and instructors
Programme fees, when confirmed, are communicated to you directly and are payable according to the schedule agreed at enrolment. Instructors are engaged on a per-programme, per-intake basis to match the specific level and subject you’re studying, rather than drawn from a fixed permanent teaching staff.
Withdrawal and refunds
If you wish to withdraw from a programme after enrolling, contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on how much of the programme and assessment process has already been delivered or committed on your behalf, and will be discussed with you directly.
Website use
This website is provided for the purpose of learning about our programmes and applying to them. You agree not to submit false information, attempt to access data that isn’t yours, or otherwise misuse the application system.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our programmes and processes develop. The version in effect at the time you submit an application is the one that applies to it.
