ThinkForward Learning Academy is not an awarding body, and that is deliberate. The organisations below hold the approvals — they set the qualification standard, verify the work, and issue the certificate. Our job is the teaching, the assessment, and staying with you from enrolment to result.

International Qualifications & Awards (IQA), UK
Our Level 3 to Level 7 diplomas are qualifications of International Qualifications & Awards (IQA), a UK awarding organisation. Every unit we teach is built against their published qualification standards; every piece of assessed work is verified by them before a certificate is issued; and every certificate is theirs, listed on their UK register under our centre number.
That is the whole value of an approved centre. It is not a badge — it is an outside body holding our teaching, marking, and record-keeping to a standard we did not write and cannot quietly adjust.

Four things follow from teaching under an awarding body rather than certifying ourselves. Each one is checkable.
We don’t self-certify
Teaching and assessment sit with us. The qualification standard and the certificate sit with the awarding body in the UK.

Delivery partners
Certifications we arrange, but do not award
Some certifications our students want sit outside what we are approved to award. Rather than stretch our scope to cover them, we arrange them through partners who already hold the approvals — and stay with the student throughout. These are their qualifications, issued in their name.
The Cardiff Group
A UK-registered training, auditing and consultancy group operating in Pakistan since 2014, with centres in Lahore, Islamabad and Abbottabad. Their approvals cover occupational health and safety and management-systems auditing.
Health and safety is one of our five programme areas, and Cardiff is where its professional certifications come from. You enrol through us, we handle your registration and stay with you through the course, and Cardiff delivers and certifies. One point of contact, and a certificate that carries the weight of an established provider.

What you can enrol in
- NEBOSH — International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, and related awards.
- IOSH — Managing Safely — the standard supervisory and management safety qualification.
- OSHAcademy — OSHA 10, 30 and 48-hour workplace safety training.
- IRCA-certified ISO Lead Auditor — ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental, and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management systems.
- Workplace safety & first aid — Fire safety, fire fighting, emergency response, electrical safety, and first aid at work.
These certifications are delivered and issued by The Cardiff Group under their own approvals, not by ThinkForward. Our own Level 3 to Level 7 qualifications are issued and verified through International Qualifications & Awards (IQA) under centre no. IQACN-2315. The two are separate, and we would rather you know which is which before you enrol than after.
